DIGEST
Digest is a combination essence which provides powerful support for the process of physical and emotional digestion. This combination includes three animal essences - Bear, Hyena and Domestic Goat, all of which are known for their amazing ability to physically digest food.
Use at the first sign of any kind of digestive difficulty. Take one dose and then take another dose one minute later, another dose 2 minutes later, etc, gradually increasing the time between doses for 15 - 20 minutes. The key is to take 5 or 6 doses within the first 15-20 minutes. Then take a break of 10 minutes or so and repeat if necessary.
This formula may provides support for those with chronic digestive issues and in this case it would be best to take 3 - 4 times per day for at least several weeks.
This formula is also excellent when you are faced with a challenging situation that you have difficulty "stomaching" a situation that makes you feel physically unwell.
